Course Description

The ServSafe Food Handler Certificate verifies basic food safety knowledge and is for individuals in food handler employee-level positions. Upon successful completion of the ANAB ASTM 2659 accredited Food Handler course and 40-question exam, the employee will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the National Restaurant Association that can be printed from a secure section of the website.

Low Enrollment Policy:  If low enrollment requires that classes be rescheduled or cancelled, you will be contacted and will receive a full refund or will be rescheduled at no additional charge. 

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, you must notify us via email three (3) business days before the course start date.  No refunds will be given on cancellations made within three (3) business days of the course starting date.  Email:  tbarnett@athenstech.edu  

If Athens Technical College cancels a course for any reason, you will be contacted and receive a full refund.
